Head up the stairs, but not before positioning the stairs to the north end, to the Terrace, and enter it.

It seems King Boo has a new last ditch effort to stop Luigi - Bring the very fabric of the world crashing down with an influx of paranormal activity. The game plan for the rest of this mission has changed dramatically. Like previous bonus missions, this mission will now involve hustling to several different rooms to defeat all the ghosts inside, as more and more rooms become infested. However - let the rooms fester with ghosts too long, and its all over.

The key to this mission is judging which area to visit based on how bad the room is. By looking on the map, infested rooms appear in green, and the worse they get, they will turn to yellow, and finally red. Red rooms require immediate attention, as a timer will start ticking down. Remember to use portals frequently to get to rooms faster than running halfway across the mansion. And do not stop for gems or money spots.

This walkthrough won't tell you which rooms to go to in what order, that will be based on what doesn't look good on your map - but here is what to expect in each room.

• Nautical Exhibit - 2 Slammers, 2 Empowered Slammers (try to grab two at once!)
• Space Exhibit - 5 Empowered Greenies - two with a Bubble Shield and the other with.. a shoe? (Grab as many as possible with one flash!)
• Jungle Exhibit - Empowered Gobber (Keep strafing him!)
• Ice Age Exhibit - Three Empowered Sneakers (wait for them to get close and nab them all in one go!)
• Dark Age Exhibit - Four Empowered Sword and Shield Greenies..and one annoying ball of fuzz (keep your distance on their attacks!)
• Kitchen - Two Empowered Hiders (Watch for banana peels!)
• Restrooms - Two mini Creepers and one regular Creeper
• Ancient Exhibit - Two Mummies and two sandstorm Greenies (use the torches on the Mummies!)

Finally you'll be told to head to the Terrace to finish the job, but be warned, this is going to get rough.

Get ready for an onslaught of ghosts, and remember your training. Dodge often, and strafe when you can, When the Greenies get too much, get rid of their tools to even the fight up. In this near never ending battle you'll be up against:

• Seven Empowered Greenies (two with shields, one with a helmet
• Three Slammers (one empowered)
• Two Mummies
• Two Sneakers
• Another Empowered Greenie
• Three Mini Creepers
• Two More Bubble Shield Empowered Greenies
• Another Slammer
• An Empowered Gobber (Save him for last since he can't move)
• Two Sword and Shield Empowered Greenies

If you manage to come out of that gauntlet alive - congratulations! The mission is won! Head back to the Bunker and prepare for the final battle.
